After starting his career designing and building bridges for the Maryland State Highway Department, Todd returned to Cape Cod where he pioneered the use of environmentally friendly and sustainable benefits of concrete building and insulated concrete form (ICF) construction. He was the first to integrate these products and green building methods into the high-end residential home building market on Cape Cod and Nantucket; cementing LaBarge Homes as a leader in sustainable building practices in the region.
Todd is a Registered Professional Structural and Civil Engineer, a LEED Accredited Professional, and has his Construction Supervisor License. Todd is a current member, and past board member, of the Home Builders and Remodelers Association of Cape Cod (HBRACC) and the National Home Builder’s Association(NHBA).
